Management of Aniridia with Ectopia Lentis

Abstract

We report a case of bilateral congenital aniridia with ectopia lentis and cataract
in a female child of 14 years old in whom artificial iris and IOL complex was
transplanted to attain cosmetic results and somehow visual outcomes. The
surgery was successful in achieving desired outcomes.
